Getting to Hotel by Car

From Princes Street, go to the west end of Princes Street, up Lothian Road, right at the Y junction into Leven Street. Then right agan at the lights into Gilmore Place. Keep onGilmore Place for about half a mile and The Edinburgh Regency Guest House is onthe right.

Getting to Hotel by Railway

From Waverly Station we are approximately one and a half miles, go to the west end of Princes Street, up Lothian Road, right at the Y junction into Leven Street. Then right agan at the lights into Gilmore Place. Keep onGilmore Place for about half a mile and The Edinburgh Regency Guest House is onthe right.

Getting to Hotel by Aeroplane

From Edinburgh Airport approximately ten miles. Follow signs to Princes Street, up Lothian Road, right at the Y junction into Leven Street. Then right agan at the lights into Gilmore Place. Keep onGilmore Place for about half a mile and The Edinburgh Regency Guest House is onthe right.

Cancellation Policy:
A deposit equal to the first nights stay is required.
This deposit will be refunded if cancelled more than 7 days before arrival.
Full booking balance can be paid on departure.
If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
